1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of MTC Hospitality Inc. ("MTC Hospitality") or utilizing our accommodation sourcing, coordination, or booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a government entity, department, agency, or corporate organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Description & Scope
MTC Hospitality Inc. serves as an accommodation coordinator and intermediary. We source, negotiate, block, and manage accommodation arrangements with commercial lodging partners across Canada. Individual accommodation terms, property rules, check-in policies, and property liabilities remain governed by the respective operating hotel properties.
3. Quotations, SOWs & Bookings
All quotes, rate indications, and accommodation availability provided through this website or directly by our team are subject to confirmation upon contract execution or issuance of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) or Statement of Work (SOW). Cancellation, attrition, and modification policies for room blocks are specified in individual contractual agreements.
4. Government Procurement & Compliance
For government and defence clients, services are rendered in accordance with agreed-upon procurement directives, standing offers, supply arrangements, or specific contract terms. In the event of any conflict between these general website terms and a formal government contract, the formal government contract shall prevail.
5. Hotel Partner Representation
Properties submitting applications to join the MTC Hospitality Partner Network warrant that all property details, safety certifications, accessibility disclosures, and rate offerings submitted are accurate, current, and legally authorized.
6. Governing Law
These terms and all operational agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province of operation.
